Shipping and Returns Information
Gardens
- All gardens are shipped via UPS ground service (unless changed by manufacturer).
- All address destinations must be deliverable street addresses, no PO Boxes accepted.
- Shipments are made to the lower 48 states only unless special arrangements are made with NeoGardens.
- Delivery of gardens from the time of payment acceptance is approximately 7-10 business days.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the buyer if choosing the “email confirmation” option.
- An attempt will be made to provide a UPS tracking number with each order.
- The return policy (from manufacturer) is if the customer is not satisfied with any of our products we will take it back and give a complete refund minus the freight cost to ship the unit back to manufacturer.
- The customer must make request for returns within 10 days of receipt.
Other products
- All other products are shipped via either USPS or UPS at the discretion of NeoGardens.
- Shipments are made to the lower 48 states only unless special arrangements are made with NeoGardens.
- Delivery of products from the time of payment acceptance is approximately 5 business days.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the buyer if choosing the “email confirmation” option.
- An attempt will be made to provide tracking information on any shipments made by UPS.
- Credit for any returns will incur a 10% re-stocking fee.
- The customer will pay for return shipments.
- The customer must make request for returns within 10 days of receipt.
- The customer must notify NeoGardens of any breakage immediately upon receipt of package so claims can be made to package handler.
